Atlantic Seaboard

The Atlantic Seaboard runs from Milnerton in the north to Hout Bay in the South.

It has a number of great beaches such as Camps bay, Clifton and Lhundudno.

Sea Point has a promenade the provides access to the fresh Atlantic Ocean on one side and the magnificent slopes of Lion’s Head and the Twelve Apostles on the other. This is a great place to come for sundowners or a swim in the Atlantic ocean which is a daily rourine for many Capetonians.

Hout Bay lies i twenty kilometres south of the City centre and is a popular tourist attraction among both local and international visitors. There are a variety of restaurants particularly in the Harbor area. Boat rides to Duiker Island and around the Sentinel are available from th Harbor.

Chapman's Peak Drive is a scenic mountain drive that connects Hout Bay to Noordhoek and the South Peninsula. The Hout Bay Yacht Club is situated in the working harbor and provides moorings for both recreational, fishing and sailing boats.
